Strategy
JV2 Capital has a multi stage and multi sector asset allocation strategy:
Multisector: Irrespective of the sector, JV2 Capital seeks investments opportunities with innovative companies that have strong management teams, scalable business models and defensible competitive advantages.
Multistage: JV2 Capital invests early stage, later stage and development capital, with both young companies entering into new markets and mature companies that are willing to innovate in new market niches.
Sweet Spot: Acquisitions of qualified minorities (20% to 40%) in companies, and operating through board membership.
Our investments range in size from € 0,5 to € 4 million.

The JV2 Capital team shares a powerful mix of competencies, from entrepreneurial experience to finance and economics. First and foremost, we are entrepreneurs backing entrepreneurs.
Each of us have strong investment track-records, having made successful investments in different sectors and companies with different paths such as:
- Gruppo MutuiOnline S.p.A, which we helped guide from start up in 2000 to listing on the Italian Stock Exchange in 2007;
- Terasystem, Energit and Objectway, each of which generated rapid growth and value and then exited through excellent trade sales;
JV2 Capital's partners have operated in the venture capital industry since 1998, leveraging excellent deal-flow, proven investment and follow-up experience (from seed to IPO). JV2 Capital is open to all sorts of business ideas but conducts a very rigorous and analytical selection process.
Moreover, the team leverages a network of contacts and relationships with R&D centers, universities, incubators, industrial districts, as well as banks, private equity firms and international venture capitalists to support our portfolio companies’ growth.
